The ADRA New Zealand team would like to welcome Mrs Keryn McCutcheon as our General Manager for ADRA New Zealand and People & Culture Director of the new ADRA Australia and New Zealand alliance.
This is a new role created to fill the needs of the newly formed alliance between ADRA Australia and New Zealand. Although based in New Zealand, Keryn will be a key leader in the development of a shared culture and team cohesion.
Keryn has been supportive of ADRA as a volunteer, fundraiser, and advocate over the past 12 years. Keryn also comes with a wealth of leadership experience from the education sector and a heart for service, both locally and overseas.
“We are grateful for Keryn’s commitment to ADRAs’ mission of serving humanity so all may live as God intended. Her role will be key in fostering team relationships as we forge this innovative alliance” shares Mr Denison Grellmann, ADRA AU/NZ Chief Executive Officer.
Commenting on the newly formed alliance, Dr. Eddie Tupa’i, Lead Pastor for the Adventist Church New Zealand Pacific Union shared “We are going to see more impactful ministry as resources as shared across and through the two countries.”
We welcome Keryn to ADRA’s ministry of compassion.
