At just 24 years old, Amos was already determined to build something for his family. Each day, he stood in the heat of Santo Island, mixing cement by hand with a shovel. He worked long hours, producing concrete blocks for his community.
But unreliable water meant his business could only operate two or three days a week.

For the first time, Amos could depend on steady access to water. He invested in a mechanical cement mixer. And almost immediately, everything changed.
His daily production doubled — from around 50 blocks to as many as 150.
He moved to a consistent five-day work week.
His income stabilised.
And today, he employs six people — including his own father.
